I was in bad situation my ATV was in a fire and I needed a replacement soon. I went to several dealers all over and got prices. I contacted 5 Star and talked to Flynn and Steve and they helped me figure out what I needed to replace my machine since it was a different brand. They immediately got to work found the color I wanted and got a plow assembly fitted and ready to go. When I was ready I went up and in just a couple of hours had everything ready to go and they gave me free delivery, and some extra goodies. They were the best price, and the best people to deal with. I will definitely be going back.

I recently bought a 2022 Yamaha Grizzly 700 XRT and it has performed perfectly so far. It went up the mountain without any issues and had extra power to spare. This has been the best buying experience I've had purchasing a Yamaha ATV compared to several local competitors I've used in the past to buy ATV's and motorcycles. Bobby John Patterson, salesperson, was outstanding in the whole process with friendly helpful service. Plus, the delivery person who dropped off my ATV at my home was very nice and willing to show features of the ATV and offer Five Star's service department if I ever needed them. I have bought 3 motorcycle off these guys and they are absolutely great to deal with! I unfortunately totaled one bike I bought and Five Star took care of everything as far as sending photos and estimates to the insurance company. When I went out to gather some parts that were removed from my old bike, I was greeted by people who genuinely wanted to know how I was recovering from my accident. I purchased a new bike from them to replace the totaled one and would buy from these guys again and again. Highly recommended!

Called looking for an R6, they ended up selling all of theirs but called nearby and further dealers trying to find me one. After awhile they and myself had no luck and they informed me on a GSX-R 600 and lowered the price just for the hassle. Now im in love with it and am thinking about taking it back for customizations. Also ive bought the bike about 5 months ago and have been called 2-3 times asking how im enjoying the bike and if i had any questions as i am a first time rider. Couldnt be happier will be back. Taylor, Ken and the entire service department is great. They scheduled my appointment quickly and communicated with me while they were diagnosing the issue. It is easy to see that they care about service and their customers. It is worth the hour drive to take my bike there. They now have a customer for life. These guys rock. I was searching for a specific bike for months. Not only did they have the exact bike I wanted, it was 1000 off MSRP! They also let you test ride any bike you would like to and they really do go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of and have the best experience purchasing your bike.
